I’ve been using therapy sites for 16 years for my private practice website. I’ve never had any problems and I’ve never had anyone indicate that they had any trouble accessing my website. The customer service is amazing and they are extremely responsive and quick to help you with any changes that you might need I highly recommend them.
I have been with Therapy Sites for years. I think I came on roughly 6 months before they offered Yellow Schedule. I have been nothing but impressed with their ease of communication, the lack of drama, and their competence.
Therapysites does a nice job with everything on my website. The best thing they do though, is answer the phone, every time, with real people who are US based operators, familiar with the systems and procedures. They care about me, my website, my people and my business!
