Jim has helped me with a number of ailments over the years: back, neck, knees. He has always been able to diagnose and and solve the problem with little other medical intervention (an X-ray at most). He does an excellent job of explaining the problem, and how you likley developed it. The exercises (homework) are straightforward. And he has a great sense of humor, which is important if someone is conditioning you for an hour or more a week. Thanks Jim and Therapydia!
Therapydia is a great place for PT. I worked with Sharon A. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, provides great treatment and advice. She helped me heal and get stronger and more flexible. I will definitely go back if I need help another time.

I could barely walk when I started PT with Jim three months ago and am taking hikes again. His analysis of multiple problems and the therapy and exercises to address each one have made me stronger and optimistic about the future. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
