Just want to say a huge thank you to Vanessa. I have been suffering with back pain for years and just wish I had gone to see her much sooner. She is so patient and is really good at explaining what she is doing and recommending exercises and stretches for me to do at home. Would definitely recommend her and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
I had been suffering from hip pain throughout the lockdown period, which wasn’t getting any better. I decided to book an appointment with Vanessa at The Therapy Zone in Alloa to see if the discomfort could be relieved through physio. Been suffering lower back and hip pain for several years, sitting at a desk most days doesn't help either.
