My experience was great! Cute, clean, and cozy! Katie was extra caring and comfortable to be around! (Coal City office)
Not impressed with Dr. Winterbottom. She was arrogant, judgmental and condescending. Neither my husband nor I really cared for her services. And once we had a set time scheduled weekly, she changed it for another client. Previously, she said once a client is locked into a time it will not be changed. I asked her for some time options and she never responded. **** consequently, she is no longer at this facility.
Nice place, Nicole is great and does a great job working with my schedule.
We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful group of therapists in our little town. Great communication and they got us in quickly! My kids have seen Holly and Nicole and I truly can’t sing their praises enough!
My daughter started at Therapy Studio 2 years ago after a severe allergic reaction and the anxiety that followed. Although the initial therapist is no longer we the practice, my daughter transitioned very well. She's been with Nicole Bandur for a year now and all I can say is things definitely worked out the way they are supposed to. My daughter absolutely loves Nicole.
