These folks know their business! We couldn't be any happier with our experience. Structured, professional, attentive...exactly what we wanted and expected.
Edit: With the new owners, this is not the same environment. There's been a SIGNIFICANT employee turn over, including me. The Donovans shifted focus from Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapies to other interests. When I left after a year and a half, there were very few original employees still there. Many patient families have also chosen to pursue therapy with other providers. Had a personal phone call after a not so friendly in counter. Mr.Trailer is his name he made time to call me and make thinks right. True gentleman he really values his job and patience’s.
