I did a brain spotting session with Shannon and she was amazing! I was not sure what to expect, but she walked me through everything and made me feel at ease right away. She was so supportive, non- judgmental and I loved that she let me lead the session, but when I needed her, she jumped in immediately and helped guide me along.
