Logan was my therapist the first time I went there. I told him he was hurting my shoulder worse and his words was there needed to be pain in order to fix it and that I would hurt for the next four days from it. Vincent P. Gainsback gave me unrealistic exercise goals, painful treatment options, and pushed me to buy many things I couldn't afford. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. I saw Vincent P. Gainsback for physical therapy to help with severe pain in my feet when standing. Vincent gave me about an hour of strengthening and stretching exercises to do a day, multiple days a week. Thorough, comprehensive, and enlightening Physical therapy is a daunting task that most of us do not look forward to. Recently I had my first hip replacement and wasn’t looking forward to my physical therapy. Shana Daugherty changed my mindset. Shana was so thorough and educated me with each step and new exercise. My hip recovery has been remarkable and in my opinion has been speed up by Shana’s expertise! They are so accommodating to meet your scheduling needs! I highly recommend Sentara Timber way!
