My granddaughter has been going there for 2 years now. And wow she has came along way Mrs. Katie as her OT. MRS. Kayla as her PT and Mrs. Camryn as her speech. Good jobs ladies and thank you for all you do for my princess Janiyah. I truly appreciate all that you’ll do. Grandma Felicia
I WAS REFERRED TO THIS PLACE BY MY CHILDS PEDIATRICIANS AND ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANYONE IN THEIR OFFICE SAYING THEY CAN ONLY DO ENGLISH BILLING, THAT IS VERY DISCRIMINATORY AS I HAVE BEEN TO ALL TYPES OF OFFICES AND NEVER NOT BEEN SEEN ALL BECAUSE OF A FREAKING LANGUAGE. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE MORE WORRIED ABOUT THE PATIENTS THAN THE LANGUAGE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
I have to say I felt discriminated as a Latina. There is no other explanation to give, after my daughter, who needed a reassessment , will be take out of schedule because they were booked for reassessments for the rest of the year.! Come on!!!!! Also, I waited for a new OT to come for three months!!! And after waiting all this time, after my first session, they told me that she expired and , needed to be out of schedule because of this!
