If I could give a ZERO I WOULD! I cannot express how bad the lack of communication is and how unhelpful the front desk can be! According to the front desk they just can't find legal documents or notes that have been discussed with them and the therapist. Not the first therapy facility, but unfortunately can't get back into the old since insurance change.
An amazing company created from a strong family with strong moral character; and general concern for patient's care. With a wide range of knowledge and experienced care from staff.
