We ( myself and my husband) had both few sessions of 60 minute deep massage by Jody and Aneesh respectively at the Therapy One. Honestly speaking it was one of the best massage sessions we have had. They were both very professional and incredibly intuitive with pressure and technique. The space was calm and peaceful. We highly recommend Aneesh and Jody if you are looking for a true therapeutic relief.
Love to go there as much as possible, I always get relaxed with the massages to the point I fall sleep even when I am trying not to 🤣🤣🤣 it is one of my happy places and I fully recommend it!
Had a session with Andrew (chiropractor) for my nagging shoulder / armpit, and in a few minutes he was able to figure out what was wrong, and recommend a treatment right away. This injury has been bothering me for months and I had no idea just where exactly it was, but after a few movement tests, Andrew pinpointed exactly where it was - huge sign of relief. I also deeply appreciate RMT Ms. Elaheh (Eli) Mahdipour Farashahi, who has been incredibly effective in relieving the stress in my shoulders.
