One of the most realizing, yet healing massages that I get. Cynthia actually pays attention to how your body is responding and adjusts pressure and techniques as needed. Want to enjoy in silence? You can do that. Need to some talk therapy? She provides that too! With all the techniques - including cupping, there’s something you will benefit from. I’ve been going for two years now on a regular basis.

I’ve been visiting Cynthia for several years. I started due to neck issues from several years of work travel. Once we got the neck feeling better we moved on to new trouble areas including some I didn’t realize were causing other areas of discomfort. I now visit every 6 weeks or so for maintenance. I always feel more limber and less pain after I do. Whether something specific or relieving general tightness, I would highly recommend Cynthia.

I broke me patella and with three years of trying to get my leg better on my own has Not worked. Cynthia Luna was recommend by a mutual friend. I have better use of my leg. Relieving the tightness I have experienced. Treatment by treatment I see major improvement in my balance, walk and overall feel in the knee.

Highly recommend Therapy N Motions! Cynthia has helped me with multiple pain challenges from back pain to knee pain. I no longer experience back pain and am currently recovering from arthroscopic knee surgery and she has accelerated my recovery! She is much more than a traditional massage therapist, she is physical therapy at its best!
