I have been seeing Stef now for a number of years for myotherapy and her skillset and attention to detail are second to none. I have regular tension headaches and an old shoulder injury that she provides regular care for and couldn't be happier with the service. Highly Recommend.

I am a regular client of Stef's, and have been for many years. Being an older, active person, with a weekly exercise program, I find I regularly need help to cope with my ageing body's aches and pains. Stef has been a wonderful help to me, both in her treatments and advice. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending her to anyone who needs treatment of a particular injury, ache or pain, or simply maintenance of their body so they can enjoy life more.
I travelled from the Gold Coast to see Stefanie and I wasn't disappointed. I was amazed at her knowledge, technique and how skilful she was, particularly dealing with TMJ. I have already booked in for another session and look forward to a continuing relationship with Stefanie and receiving such effective treatment in a lovely, calm environment.
I broke my ankle five months ago and I started seeing Stefanie due to the restricted movement with my ankle. I have had improvement with the range of movement since seeing Stefanie. She is very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly and makes you feel very comfortable through the process. I highly recommend Stefanie and I think you should do yourself a favour and at least have a chat to her about any issues you are having.
