Stephanie is amazing. I was suffering from sciatica pain in my lower baxk and legs. After 2 sessions with Stephanie I am feeling much better
Stefanie is incredible and such a beautiful therapist. She really works with you to understand your concerns and moves and adjusts as needed for your body. I had terrible sciatica pain and had struggled to find any Physio or therapist to help. After only a few sessions with Stefanie and with take home exercises my pain had pretty much disappeared. Would highly recommend!
I started seeing Stefanie a couple of years ago after a physio recommended myotherapy to help with chronic back pain and muscle tension — and I’m so glad I did. Her treatments have made a huge difference, and I now see her regularly for ongoing maintenance. Stefanie is a true healer. She has helped me relieve chronic pain I’ve suffered for years due to an arthritic hip and bulging disc’s in my spine. Highly recommended!!!
I have seen Stefanie many times for treatment with my knee replacement and disc bludge in my neck. She has been an enormous help with relieving my pain and increasing mobility in both areas. She has also helped with addressing scar tissue.
