Brooke is excellent and very knowledgeable and great care. I highly recommend her.
I highly recommend Caitlin and the team at Therapy Excellence. Caitlin is very good at explaining the way the muscles work and giving me exercises that have been a big help with my injured shoulder.
From the start they charged me full fee because they did not verify my insurance which was given to them a week prior to the appointment. They said once it’s verified I would be reimbursed the difference. Here we are a month later and it still wasn’t sent to my insurance for payment and I still haven’t been reimbursed. Spent almost 20 minutes waiting for them to figure out the issue with why it wasn’t submitted and I haven’t been reimbursed. I was told I would be receiving a call back from billing and I never did. Love going to Therapy Excellence! Caitlin is a fantastic PT and keeps asking questions and testing things out to get at the root of the problem. She also pushes you to do more work. I know it’s needed and appreciate her not taking it easy unless she sees a need to back off!
