She was working for a large PT corporation and had a dream to create her own practice with a patient-centered and employee-focused environment. Great customer service and PT support. Just started going for my shoulder pain and Graham is great! I will be recommending this place to family and friends.
Unfortunately, I have been a patient at Therapy Excellence for 3 injuries. Fortunately, the care I have received has been excellent. My road to recovery has just started again and I expect Caitlin and her staff to make it happen.
Donnie is an excellent therapist. He’s has been working with me on rehabbing a broken femur. I also have cauda equina syndrome from a previous injury which is complicating my hip rehab but Donnie is also incorporating rehab of that condition. I’ve had several surgeries over the years involving therapy and Donnie is by far and away the most competent professional. I highly recommend!
Therapists are knowledgeable, professional & actively assist in resolving the PT issue. Front office staff, scheduling & billing are efficient. Would highly recommend!
