Very friendly staff. The therapist explains whey specific exercise work and why we do them. They are very informative.
The quality of care I have received from Jodi Blacketer at Therapy Excellence is beyond anything I would have expected! She is so knowledgeable, and shares that knowledge with you so you understand "why" she has you doing the tasks. She truly wants you to get stronger and aids your recovery in every way possible. But take heed, you will work every minute you're there!
Starting from the beginning when you walk in the door and get a warm welcome from Shannon at the Mansfield location to the smiles and service at Therapy Excellence its all just beyond amazing. Caitlin has gone above and both times I have had to go there to make sure she could do everything possible for me!! I will forever use them for any necessary PT
I saw Caitlyn in the Mansfield office for about 4 months. She was very supportive and encouraging. In my opinion, she went above and beyond to help me, by coming out to my car to adjust the settings on my seat to help. I will definitely return here if I need them again. Danielle always greeted me with a smile and was always patient when there was an issue with a missing doctor referal. They truly care about your well-being here
