Front staff and therapists deserve 5 stars. My child loved therapy with them. Owners/ management deserve Negative stars. My child's sessions were cut from 1hour then to 45 minutes lastly to 30 minutes. I pay a 40 dollar copay. I requested to return to at least 45 min sessions, I was told my insurance only approved for 30 minute sessions. I called my insurance provider and they emailed me the policy.
