I'm not impressed. Went a couple of times because the location was convenient but I won't be back. While the staff are fine, the upcharge for using a debit card is $10!!!!! I had to use the ATM which is $3.50, on top of prices that are already higher than competitors. If they'd had any sort of posting or notice I could have gotten cash ahead of time and I wouldn't feel so put out, but being surprised with it felt sleazy.

I like the dispensary itself. Sometimes there are deals. The door is constantly locked and you can't get in the store. I'm currently standing here, it is 12:17 in the afternoon, can't get inside. I've rang the buzzer 3 times now. I'm a medical patient. It is ridiculous to have to stand outside in 95 degree weather, with no one answering the door. Do better.

Former 1 star review. Decided to give this place another shot after they reached out, seems like the new general manager here has really turned things around!! I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a friendly staff, and large well priced selection. My new go to dispensary in Lakewood!

Therapy is my number one and only place to get cannabis supplies for managing my pain and stress related to my PTSD and RA disease. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are well trained and educated to assist with whatever your needs are. I have tried other dispensaries, but none are as well organized, as clean or as knowledgeable as Therapy. Thank you for all you do.
