Dispensary staff was pleasant and have no complaints towards them. However, their prices are literally some of the highest in the state and take no account for the actual going price for established products. On top of this, I am no longer eligible for the 25% off for first time customers, even though the only time I have shopped at this location was in 2024, which was before they offered said discount. Went here for the first time and had a great experience. Megan helped me find the products that I needed and recommended a Rove vaporizer with live rosin. They were out of stock at the time and so she gave me one of her personal batteries that was brand new so I could try it! The Rove is easily one of the smoothest vapes I've ever used. This place has great customer service and recommendations!
This was my first time visiting this location, and I have to say, the experience was outstanding! Fred provided the ultimate customer service. He went above and beyond, taking the time to lay out different options based on my preferences and making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere was friendly, welcoming, and everyone seemed very knowledgeable about their products. I’ll definitely be coming back, I’ve officially found my favorite dispensary!
Former 1 star review. Decided to give this place another shot after they reached out, seems like the new general manager here has really turned things around!! I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a friendly staff, and large well priced selection. My new go to dispensary in Lakewood!
If I could give zero stars I would. I was a loyal customer since this dispensary opened, despite the fact they are pricier than every other dispensary around. However, today they choose to refuse the birthday cupon they sent me. They imposed restrictions on the cupon, even though none were listed. Instead of a 30% discount off my order, they gave me a few bucks off my order & said that was the best they could do. I will never waste my time or money here again!!!!!
