Former 1 star review. Decided to give this place another shot after they reached out, seems like the new general manager here has really turned things around!! I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a friendly staff, and large well priced selection. My new go to dispensary in Lakewood!
I’ve been coming here a few months now and I really like it. I’ve been to several other dispensaries in the Cleveland area and I really like this one. I think all dispensaries in Ohio are high now, regardless of which one you go to. I think it’s just a matter of it being legal longer and the pricing should be better. Everyone say’s Michigan, I’ve never been, but I can tell you there prices are lower because it’s been legal a lot longer there for recreation. good dispensary but to the owner if you think 70 dollars for a 1g vape is acceptable you're crazy! i'll take my money somewhere else our market is literally robbing every customer i stopped going to all dispensary here because of pricing people are just gonna keep going to michigan lol plus we don't even have pre rolls..
Was a semi regular here for a few months Got a defective cart here a few weeks ago They didn’t do anything but take my phone number. Today I placed an order & received a completely different product that according to the label is 40% THC-A (gas station grade) I hadn’t even left or opened the product when I realized And they had the nerve to pull the “all sales are final” shtick They seemed genuinely offended I called them out on it (Manager Laura wouldn’t even come talk to me🤷♂️) Buyer beware
I have visited this location a few times now. Celis gave me terrific recommendations and Brandon was a complete rockstar answering all my questions! Will be back real soon!! Stay awesome!
