Been seeing Regina for nearly 4 years. Initially, went to see her as part of an EAP benefit for 5 sessions, but kept seeing her biweekly. She is ridiculously good I just can’t say just how good she is. I keep seeing her after all these years because she’s helped me process so much. In my opinion she’s the best therapist in Houston I can’t imagine anyone better. Give her a try she’ll change your life!
