I felt really welcomed here — everyone’s super helpful and respectful. I had my first appointment to assess where I’m at, and Declan was great. He really listened and set me up with a step-by-step recovery plan, plus regular follow-ups. Definitely recommend this clinic!
Excellent massage therapy as always
I've seen Declan for a variety of issues over the years - knee, glutes, hamstrings, back, and more - back since when TOTHS were still on the high street. He's always done an excellent job at pinpointing and explaining the problem, and then giving me treatment to make it better, and which also fits well with my exercise plans. In the past few months I've had two different muscles aches that wouldn't go away on their own, or with stretching and exercises, but Declan fixed each of them with just one visit. Highly recommended!

Superb Physio. I've seen Declan for more than one injury and he is a very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly therapist. All the staff that I encounter on my visits are very welcoming, kind and professional. The prices are also reasonable. Highly recommended.
