I am currently receiving treatment from Harman Kaila for my lower back disc herniation. I have experienced significant relief from the pain I had during the initial stages. The sessions have really helped release a lot of muscle tension.
Amrit is a great physio and knows what he’s talking about. Would definitely recommend him to any high performance athlete looking to recover from an injury. Staff is also very kind and friendly!
