It’s unfortunate to think I may have to find a new place. I’ve been a dedicated customer for nearly 20 years. Monthly for the last 6 years. I prebook all my appointments, and I’ve just had a 90 minute massage cancelled on me with 3 hours notice before the appointment. I still have to give 24hrs notice if I were to cancel. I wasn’t offered a discount or a massage the day after or even the next week. I have to now wait over a MONTH. At first I was very pleased with my outcomes from massage. Recently I went for a 45 minute and was disappointed. I was left sore, I am still suffering 4 days later. Also trying to get an appointment is like pulling teeth. Im supposed to go every 3 weeks and had to wait for 4 weeks because of availability for appointments. The one secretary is amazing she has glasses and dark hair, the other one should just retire she's not welcoming or approachable.
Don’t even thinking going to this place, they took my $95 for 5 minutes late, never again going back here, I explained the reason why I ‘m late, no consideration, please look for different place if you can. Two of us is their big loss, over $1,000 of their potential income. Bad, bad, bad
