I got my girlfriend and massage here for her birthday, she came back sad because the masseuse barely used any pressure and made her back worse than it already was. When we called to complain, we were told that she would get a complimentary massage for the issue. My girlfriend went back a couple weeks later and after her "complimentary" massage, they charged her $150. This place is terrible and the staff will not take our calls or call us back. Thanks for stealing our money, never coming back here.
I have come here a few times over the past 4 years to get massages. The waiting area is adorable and relaxing. I recently learned they have student massages offered and in the past month I have gotten two excellent massages by Breya! I have been the recipient of massage therapy services over the course of the past 13 years and Breya is one of the best massage therapists
Not ideal for those with sensory or trauma-related concerns. The space is visually appealing and may work well for those seeking a more traditional spa-like environment. However, if you're looking for something more clinical or trauma-informed, I would recommend considering another option. Had such a great experience at Therapeutic Indulgence! I booked a 60-minute relaxation massage with hot stones and had Laura—she was amazing. So sweet, attentive, and made the whole session super calming and comfortable. I also got the express facial with Karen and wish I had booked a longer one! I've seen Macy now twice for facial waxing and been very pleased both times. She's friendly, professional, on time & not pushy to add on things or schedule more. I've also been there for several massages and been super happy. Highly recommend!
