Laina is absolutely amazing, I’ve tried so many different massage therapists and have never found anyone as great as her. My upper back pain was gone in 2 sessions. And the facial/scalp/neck massage she gives at the end is FANTASTIC, it’s my favourite part. And as a side note I’ve never been a fan of the slow spa mediation sounds that spas typically play, Laina plays instrumental/symphony style music of classical and pop songs. Amazing massage and so accommodating. You can have a great conversation or just relax and enjoy the massage. Heated bed was a bonus! Very polite. Will definitely be hiring again!
