Shannon is excellent at what she does, very knowledgeable. Shannon keeps you informed about why and what she is doing as she does it. Highly recommend!
Five Stars is not enough. Shannon was an answer to a prayer. I was in excruciating pain with my sciatica. I could barely stand up straight and walk. It was impressive that she was willing to come help me on her day off .She was very knowledgeable and explained everything each step of the way as she released the muscles that were very tight. Went to visit based on Google review recommendations and was not disappointed! Shannan is great and walks you through everything as she works on you. She also provides stretches/exercises to do on your own to help keep the muscles loose. I'm already starting to see improvements after 2 visits
I’ve been seeing Shannon I think for 3 or 4 years, and I love how she can read my body, muscles, and tissues. She can find every knot and knock it out of my body.
Shannan was professional in every aspect. The spa like atmosphere was cozy and clean. She is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her for either a relaxation or deep tissue massage.
