If I'm having a baby, it will not be without Michelle as my doula! Her knowledge of the body, as a LMT, paired with being a certified spinning babies instructor makes her a powerhouse of knowledge for how to prepare the body for birth. She was able to recommend excersizes to help with my hip mobility and to help prepare my body for birth.
