If I'm having a baby, it will not be without Michelle as my doula! Her knowledge of the body, as a LMT, paired with being a certified spinning babies instructor makes her a powerhouse of knowledge for how to prepare the body for birth. I am so happy to have found Michelle for my first pregnancy + birth. She is a wealth of knowledge and helped me feel confident and prepared for all stages of my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I couldn't imagine a better experience and highly recommend her for any doula or massage services!

I've seen Michelle for a couple of prenatal massages now at the recommendation of both my doula and CNM. She's the only person I want to go to for them now. She's great listening and determining how she can best help. She teaches you what to continue working on at home and how to do so effectively, which will help those benefits last longer! She's so knowledgeable about everything pregnancy, birth, and postpartum and definitely goes above and beyond to help her clients have the best experiences possible, no matter what reaso... read more

Her wealth of skills, experience, and genuine care immediately put me at ease. Michelle’s expertly mastered massages provided much-needed relief during pregnancy, and her unwavering support and advocacy during labor gave me confidence and peace of mind. Beyond her professional expertise, she was the incredible friend I needed most du... read more

If you are looking for a wonderful, medium to deep, intuitive, and effective massage experience, Michelle is your person. I have had great relief with tension holding in my neck, shoulders, and entire back. Michelle is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and how it works to where she provides insight exercises and stretches to help rebalance what is needed. Michelle is very well versed in pregnancy for prenatal and even postnatal bodywork. She is very passionate about education with Spinning babies and serving as a doula... read more
