Michelle will educate you, listen to you, treat you professionally and sincerely. She is determined and passionate to help me. I wish my stubborn self saw her earlier.
I got a 4 weeks postpartum massage and Michelle was wonderful! She took time to get to know me, my story and where my body is at. This was exactly what I needed physically, not to mention the experience was very spiritual for me as well! Absolutely check her out!

If I'm having a baby, it will not be without Michelle as my doula! Her knowledge of the body, as a LMT, paired with being a certified spinning babies instructor makes her a powerhouse of knowledge for how to prepare the body for birth. She was able to recommend excersizes to help with my hip mobility and to help prepare my body for birth.
