Tenisha was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to ease the tension from my swollen knee. She was also gentle with my injury, knew how much and where to put pressure during lymphatic drainage. Her techniques also reduced my swelling. If you're icing and swelling is still not going down or it comes right back as soon as you start moving around. Then you need to go see Tenisha for lymphatic drainage.
