Therapeutic Associates PT was the first PT company I tried, and I was extremely satisfied with the care they provided. Anne was incredible and helped a great deal with my shoulder/neck issues. I had tried a bunch of other therapies, but only found lasting results after I saw Anne at Therapeutic Associates. She is kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and considerate. The PT aides are also so friendly and knowledgeable! I looked forward to going to my appointments. I highly recommend booking through them.
I had an outstanding experience here. Anne, Elijah, Megan, Chris, Alex, Tasia... Very friendly staff, good at building rapport, which kept me motivated to do my homework and attend appointments. Anne is exceptionally skilled in manual therapy. The location is convenient, and there is a garage for parking for those who drive (I live within walking distance).
Both my husband and I were seen here for different ankle injuries (in my case from several years ago with chronic pain and weakness and in his case recovering from surgery for a torn ligament) in both cases our care was excellent. We both met our therapy goals and our pain is resolved and I gained so much strength in my injured ankle and a lot more stability than I had before. I really enjoyed everyone I worked with and actually looked forward to PT which is not something I have experienced before. Highly recommend!
This was my first physical therapy experience and they exceeded my expectations. The location is easy to find once you become familiar and parking is ample in the garage below. The team was amazing and helped me work through post shoulder surgery recovery for +3 months as well as guide me on areas to continue to strengthen even after therapy. Overall, the intake was easy, support was great, scheduling and payments are easy, and they are able for now to get you in quickly. They also accept first choice health.
Anne and everyone there are amazing! Loving and caring! Walked me through everything I needed to do with my L&I claim! Highly recommend!!
