Kathryn is especially attentive to my injuries and understands how the healing and facia release processes affect each other. She also supports multiple EDS patients where regular facia release would be painful, so she adjusts the treatment accordingly. My wife and friends go to her as well. Her skills are adord by us.

Catherine the massage therapist is the most awesome massage therapist I've ever been to. I've have all kinds of muscle issues and she's the only one that seems to be able to work it thank you very much

Kathryn is fixing several problems for me she really knows how to work the tissues to make the injuries heal. She's also knowledgeable about exercise for the affected areas. My wife goes to her also. Going to Catherine has made a huge difference for both of us.

Very experienced massage therapist. She spends the time to get to know what her clients need. I always get exactly what I request and needed. I originally found her when I needed prenatal massage but she can also do so much more. She's helped me with tight/painful muscles, lymph drainage (reduced swelling), and general relaxation. I also like that she will suggest stretches to help with my specific issues.
