My son and I love Theracare! He has been here for physical therapy (8-20 maths old) and feeding therapy (now) and both of his therapists were/are fantastic! I am so thankful for therapists who actually care for the child and the parents.
Honestly the physical therapist was good, but the office was such a nightmare. The Preauthorization lady Kayla Allison is NEVER in her office and doesn’t reach back out to voice messages left by the insurance company or myself. Definitely look into other places unless you like waiting for HOURS trying to get ahold of her.
I wish I could give more stars but it seems like they gave up on our son. June would have been 2 years since our son started and since June 2022 our son has had 5-6 speech therapists, and around 4 occupational therapists. The turnaround is insane... June 13th, 2024 I sent an email to the office manager advising we have to let go of the speech therapist (first time us voluntarily letting a therapist go) as the person who was assigned to our son was not a good match. Best therapy center. We have the most amazing therapists and they build a great repor with the kiddos and parents. I will travel from wherever I may move in the future to keep my services here for my son. He looks forward to being here.
We love coming every week to see Ty (OT), she is amazing with my child and helps them to understand/work through things, giving skills to implement at home and school. I’m so happy we decided to start coming here, we have seen such an improvement in our child in various settings. It’s been life changing. Thank you Ty and theracare!
