Unprofessional, we had an evaluation months ago with zero follow up, zero communication and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone to explain what’s going on or why we can’t simply schedule speech therapy. I’m not confusing your company with Theraplay. I can’t get Evelyn to respond to me. Your business is not operating the way you think it is.
Our experience with Theracare has been awesome from the start. Kayla from the intake dept went above and beyond to get my son onboarded for services. I've had to deal with several different agencies for different services for my son and this office was amazing in how they approach client care. Switching agencies can be stressful and Kayla did a level 10 job on streamlining it for us. Our therapist, Irene, is wonderfully intuitive to my son's needs and such a warm person. My son and I love Theracare! He has been here for physical therapy (8-20 maths old) and feeding therapy (now) and both of his therapists were/are fantastic! I am so thankful for therapists who actually care for the child and the parents.
Honestly the physical therapist was good, but the office was such a nightmare. The Preauthorization lady Kayla Allison is NEVER in her office and doesn’t reach back out to voice messages left by the insurance company or myself. Definitely look into other places unless you like waiting for HOURS trying to get ahold of her.
