This place is a glowing gem!! I’ve had a few past experiences with red light therapy at spas as pricey add ons (that rarely exceed 10 mins per session) but to have a spot that employs a pretty radical model ala 24 hour access and unlimited use?! Everything was so clean and different compared to other red light places that I have tried for my knee pain. After a few sessions, I could tell the difference and after a month, I can see a huge difference in what I was able to do.
Great experience so far, I am always a skeptic going in with different therapies, but the results don’t lie. I’ve slept better in the last 2 weeks than I have in 10 years. Good sleep is an actual quantifiable result and not subjective like “more energy”, which I also feel. Amazing place!! Started to train here and I absolutely love it! Very chill and independent! I love how everyone just does their own thing and is working on their own goals👍🏻👍🏻 Thera Red is also one of the amazing perks! Love to work out then wind down by you by to one of the booths. This place is amazing! The red light therapy sessions are so relaxing and effective. After just a couple of weeks, I’ve noticed less joint pain and better skin texture. Ian is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all your questions, making sure you feel comfortable throughout the process.
