This place is a glowing gem!! I’ve had a few past experiences with red light therapy at spas as pricey add ons (that rarely exceed 10 mins per session) but to have a spot that employs a pretty radical model ala 24 hour access and unlimited use?! Everything was so clean and different compared to other red light places that I have tried for my knee pain. After a few sessions, I could tell the difference and after a month, I can see a huge difference in what I was able to do.
Great experience so far, I am always a skeptic going in with different therapies, but the results don’t lie. I’ve slept better in the last 2 weeks than I have in 10 years. Good sleep is an actual quantifiable result and not subjective like “more energy”, which I also feel.
