This is the second summer in a row Ward has saved me and my bike. Outstanding service. UPDATE: Today (June 15, 2025) Ward again went out of his way, both literally and figuratively, to replace the rear tube on my monster Fucare cargo bike. He even gave me a tutorial on tire removal. I can't express in words my appreciation for his generosity in coming to Au Gres to minister aid.

A friend and I were doing our annual bike ride trip from Au Gres into Tawas, after just entering into Tawas I ended up with a front flat tire. We were just finishing up when Theos Mobile Bicycle Service stopped to check on us, dbl checked everything for us and verified it was in working order! He was friendly, and ready to assist. Wade did a great job getting my bike race ready!!!! When I took it to him, my gears were super hard to shift and they weren't totally staying in place after I shifted them. It was also pretty dirty from being transported on dirt roads. After I got it back from him, wow!!!! The gears are super easy to shift! He said the cord was packed with dirt (🫣🤦♀️) so he replaced it. When we saw the reviews for this bike repair shop we knew we were headed to the right place, and we were correct! We were greeted so nicely and welcomed into the shop. Wade’s professionalism and knowledge is top notch! He quickly fixed my son’s bike all while making us feel at home and explaining everything he was doing for my young sons to understand! They just loved it!! I so very highly recommend this company and appreciate what he did for us today!!
