I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment and it went smooth. Tyler made the testing so easy and his explanation of the best hearing for my situation was very thorough. My sister always had positive experiences with Theos and mine were too! Very pleased!
Recently my hearing aid wire broke. I called 3 audiologists for help. One didn't answer, another couldn't help. The last one, Theos Audiology asked me to leave a message and returned my call within 20 minutes. They took me in immediately, replaced the damaged wire in 10 minutes and charged a very reasonable price, and they did it all with a smile. They even laughed at my corny audiology joke. I would positively give them an AWESOME rating.
Theos is so knowledgeable and professional. I was able to get an appointment quickly and my hearing aids adjusted just right. They listen to my concerns and understand. They explain what they are doing and why. Thank you Theos.
