The store sales mislead my purchase. After I finished purchase, they did not deliver their promise. I paid for goods and service, but they did not give me anexplanationand asked security to kick me out.Worst customer service. Reported to BBB, FTC, NYAG.
Looked inside I didn't find anything I liked
The Theory discriminates against Asian women, I have experienced. However, the Theory never responded to my complaints.
