Knowledgeable staff, Good service.
Received excellent service. That review was based on a service performed which later turned out not to have resolved the problem. Since then I have had not the best results on my Mercury Verado 150.
Kept our pontoon for 5 weeks and never touched it. We were told they were 2-3 weeks out when we dropped it off, which we understood. After 4 weeks, we started calling to inquire and we were told they were working on it. Specifically, they had it in the shop working on it. After 2 weeks of being told they were working on it, we drove over to check on it when we discovered it had weeds growing up around it. Idk if the other reviews were for work during the winter or what, but I don't recommend them at all, especially in summer... read more
Very helpful explain what needed to be done and got back on water as soon as could get the replacement parts
