Nice selection of glasses but most of all incredible costumer service.
It's not always the store or the product that helps keep customer loyalty, it's people. These days that seems hard to find. Today during our regular shopping trip to Superstore, we stopped into this location to have our glasses adjusted; my frames has become dislodged from the lens and it was tolerable but needed to be fixed. Haley, the Manager, went over and above by checking my warranty (which I had forgotten I had), and explained all the options I had to have these not only fixed, but replaced at no cost to me. Tammy is amazing! We went to get glasses recently and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was so, very patient with all of us and gave us some great pointers, pros and cons about the choices we had. I hope she gets recognized for the amazing service and all the knowledge she brings to the optical.
My wife and I stopped in to look at glasses because of the bonus PC points they were offering. We are glad we did because this is the best glasses shop we have been to. They have a really good selection with all the good brands. Haley was such a helpful person, it was as though she was made for this job. She gave honest opinions on how the glasses looked and helped to find ones that fit and looked good. She explained everything very well, from the prescription to the warranty. I purchased progressive lense glasses a month ago at the Super Store and they are the worst I’ve ever purchased. They only offer 14 days to return which is useless. If I sit still and look straight ahead they’re ok. When I walk or drive with them I feel so off balance and the distortion when I look at the ground makes me think I’m ten feet tall. Such a waste of money!
