My wife and I are 70+ seniors who have purchased our glasses for the past 15-20 years, always at your location, even before you folks took over the franchise from Loblaws. Our two year date for glasses from our insurance company is Sept 1st, 2024. Have been purchasing glasses from Bowmanville Loblaws for many years and been appreciative of the customer service. Last week I noticed I had scratched a lens. Deepa found my glasses were under warranty and ordered replacement lens tight away when she heard they were my only pair. She followed up today to ensure I could get the new lenses in by Saturday.
