I called the Bowmanville location. Explained issues. problems with my glasses that I had been having for a month from another Theodore & Pringle location .One visit and Vicky rectified the problem in 15 mins. I can finally use the glasses I purchased a month ago. She was very knowledgeable. Excellent customer care. Highly recommend. I will be going here from now on.
