I’m writing this for my mother as she does not have a google account: For three and a half years, Ted worked for me on a probate case that was held up due to the executor not doing their job properly. If I could give this zero stars I would. This creep was trying to get with my then wife at the time who was half her age. Was told their initial meeting was for legal advice. Allegedly has a reputation for younger, married women. Stand up guy.
Ted is very knowledgeable in the areas of Guardianship, Probate and Estate Planning. He demonstrates good judgment and high ethical standards.
I would highly recommend Mr. Gollnick. He made the process for obtaining guardianship easy and non-stressful.
Answer all my questions and took the time to help me understand the legal issues. I’m so luckily so have such a wonderful and thorough attorney. Theodore Gollnick is a lords send!
