I absolutely did not authorize her to record, take pictures, or ask for business cards of all the services that I purchased, which were not part of her package. This was so unprofessional. She and her family acted as if they were part of my guests all night. Supposedly, the cleaning was included, but that was not true. She made us clean. I even put up a lot of the decorations and helped her set up on the same day as my event. All my guests where asking if I had invite them. I truly do not understand how this establishment holds a 5 star rating. The owner of this venue did everything in her power to try to ruin my friends wedding day and it was a horrible experience! The lady showed up a full hour late to the venue with a bad attitude. The makeup/dressing room area was simply disgusting! We had to run to the family dollar and purchase cleaning supplies before the makeup artist could even set up and do our makeup...after already waiting an hour in our cars on the lady to come and unlock the door!... read more
