The building manager and maintenance gentleman are the reason this property runs as well as it does and the only reason I am giving 4 stars: they are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the tenants. They deserve ALL the credit. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner of the unit I rented was frustrating and disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, issues dragged on far longer than they should have, and I often felt like tenant needs were treated as an afterthought. Entire building smells like marijuana with multiple drug deals going on EVERYDAY by RESIDENTS inside and outside the building, cars get broken into and stolen from the front of building and managements response is the cameras are not working. They love to tow vehicles knowing that they are residents vehicles and visitor parking is always taken by tenants who own 2-3 vehicles in a 1 bedroom apartment. Residents walk dogs and do not pick up after them. Management seems to be concerned about the wrong things in my opinion.
