Montrice is everything I love her customer service, we have great conversations, we be actin up on my appointments I have been her client for 2 1/2 years and I would not get service from anyone else she is every thing if y'all haven't booked with her I don't know what y'all are waiting for. She also educate you on whatever service you are getting. She doesn't change up she is the same every time I go and get service.
The lash tech was annoyed with her child, overwhelmed with her schedule, and it was taken out on me and my service. I had to deal with her repeatedly scolding the little one right in my ear, and she got more rough and careless as her irritation heightened. The last eye was my left and her technique got sloppy- mistakes and exhaustion happens, and I support parents having their children at work- I have allowed it for my own employees.
