They took our info, guaranteed my daughter’s shirt would be done before school started. We came to pick it up today, no shirt. My daughter was so upset. They said they never received my email, despite it showing sent from my phone.

I've shopped here before and was very pleased. I just drove from Jasper to Sumiton, because The Design Diva in Jasper told me that the Sumiton store sells blank and designed shirts. What she didn't tell me is that the Sumiton store is closed on Mondays. Now the website says there open. Ya'll need to update your hours on Google.
