This place is classic, although everyone working there always seems to have an odd attitude, and I always feel like they think I am in there to steal or something. They definitely never seem to be happy to have customers in there. I miss the Broadway New York store at the Marriott. I also miss the magical Dress Circle theatre store in London. The people at the Shubert Alley store are always WAY nicer. I wish it was the same people in this store.
Congratulations here is your review! My friends and I were on a trip and we went here to get a sweatshirt we really wanted. I regret us giving them business. They were extremely aggressive and can’t do their job. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers the way they did. The cashier was extremely rude and he told us that we were the worst customers and that we unfolded his sweatshirts and didn’t fix them even though we didn’t. Go to the other broadway shop called One Shubert Alley, they were extremely kind and actually recommended this place. I hope they learn not to in the future. Don’t waste your time at this other store.
