Mike and Sam have been to my house twice now to switch and hang TVs. They are very polite and listen to what I would like to accomplish. Their efforts are greatly appreciated and I would certainly have them back for any other tv issues I may have.
OMG….. thank god for James at Theater X. Literally a life saver. Mike, Issac and Sam……came out with literally no advance notice to help me not slow down my remodel and got right into action installing a box and moving cable wiring so we could finish drywalling. Excited for them to come back when I am ready for mounting and surround sound. Cant even wait. Thank you so much Theater X. I will add photos once complete. Highly recommend them. They were great, service was great, and they showed up early.
I agree with the “do not work with this company”! We purchased a home with TheatreX as the installers. Horrible customer service from the owners and it took months to get the system working properly. Fees are high and it’s amazing they are still in business. I never write unpleasant reviews but want you to be aware so you don’t go through what we did.
