It's actually a GYM that you can go WORKOUT in. They have allot of free weights, weight machines, and cardio. Please update your description as it appears more of a group exercise/weight loss place online, I almost didn't stop in, glad I did as it IS A GREAT WORKOUT GYM that offers reasonable daily rates. Recommend it if you can decipher what it is!!

I’m editing my review of this location over pending billing discrepancies and cancellation policy. Disappointed
The staff and members are friendly and supportive. I am very satisfied with the equipment and amenities. It is super clean. They offer yoga classes as well which I enjoy.
I love this gym! I have recently been employed here and I love the atmosphere and talking to everyone that comes in! It is such a great facility with the best owner :)
