Amazingggggg
The Zen Spot is a new hidden treasure in Coral Gables. They have Aeirial Yoga, all kinds of specialty massages, acupuncture, everything health and wellness. I had a Shirodhara treatment (Indian oil treatment to calm the nervous system) I slept like a baby that night. Staff really nice and knowledgeable.
