Small community sauna. You can either rent a locker or a private room. The steam room works great. There is a small dry sauna. Several smaller cabins available. There were plenty of people during a weekday evening. It gets the job done.

Visited The Z in San Antonio back in May and again in August, and after multiple visits, it definitely deserves a proper review. It’s clear a lot of care and intention goes into maintaining this space. From the start, the check-in process was smooth, discreet, and professional. You do need to be a member, but that’s easy to take care of — you can sign up directly with the front desk clerk when you arrive. If you’re black this place isn’t for you. The front treats you very well like everyone else. But once you’re in the back with the other guys you get ignored and looked over and a few looks of disgust. I’m a very attractive thicker build guy bald and bearded I don’t usually get turned down, but here in San Antonio, specifically here at the Z there’s racial tension. Gay Black men need a place where they can go to here in San Antonio. Been here three times. Same thing every time. Save your money black kings go somewhere else. .
