Highly recommend booking a demo ride at YT The Old Mill — it’s absolutely worth it. I ended up purchasing a Capra Core 2 through the Cycle to Work scheme after trying it out. Originally, I had my eye on the Core 3, but after chatting with Adam about my riding experience and what I was looking for, he gave me his honest recommendation to go with the Core 2 instead. Adam couldn't have been any more helpful, taking the time to help me make sure the bike was set up correctly before I went out for my ride. I even forgot to take my pedals off and they've kindly arranged to get them back to me. Exceptional service.
First time visit today to collect a bike, staff super helpful on both the collection and letting my son try a couple of bikes for size of the one he wants to order when he can. Showing how modern retail should be done!
Friendly, knowable and helpful staff. Cool venue. Good coffee pre-ride and beer post-ride. £15 to demo a bike. Seriously, what more do you want people?!?! Tried out an YT Ebike today. Prompt and quick service from two of the team. Bike prepped well, with no need to change anything later. Bike was well maintained and rode oh-so-well. When I popped back I was able to try their SL Ebike in the car park and chat through options. Highly recommended!
