Nothing to see here, "business as usual". I have advocated for YT over the years, purchasing multiple bikes and talking them up to everyone who cared. That enthusiasm has died, officially ending today. I purchased a pre-order beginning of May, stated to ship mid July. It did not. Was then told it's simply a backlog due to a surge in orders, and that it would ship mid September. It did not. Was then told that there was another delay and it would ship mid November. Myself, wife and trail dog Lucy are traveling around the US on a mountain biking vacation. I forgot my wife's charger for her Decoy SN in Michigan with my family. I called YT and told them about our predicament and they didn't hesitate to help us out with a loaner until UPS delivered ours. That's amazing service!! We absolutely love our bikes, we have 6 total. Fingers crossed 🤞 they will be around for a long time. Thank you guys for saving our vacation, your the best!!!!
Last October I stopped in and Demo'd a Core 3 Izzo and a Full support Decoy Core 4 with no hassle, no money, no obligation. Today I now own that same Core 3 Izzo, and I now am the new owner of a Core 2 Decoy SN. Love these bikes, and the no pressure rental and sales. Hope this remains the same going forward. Tough getting someone on the phone to answer questions though. We had an excellent experience at YT Industries in Bentonville. The store manager took a lot of time to talk with us, walking us through all the details of their bikes and answering every question we had. They set up the bikes for us to test ride, and the whole process was low pressure and very relaxed, which we really appreciated. The shop itself is beautiful, welcoming, and clearly designed to foster a great biking culture.
