I have been attending classes regularly here for over a month and I have never felt more stable and flexible in my body. I have attended Natasha, Meital and Katherinas classes but mostly Rebeccas who is such a great leader: so encouraging and caring 🧡 love challenging myself! Thanks team! Also love the community of women and family atmosphere 💕
What an absolutely beautiful experience. Not only are the surroundings soothing and lovely, but the restorative yoga session lived up to it’s name. By the end I felt exercised, happy and peaceful, all at once.
Manifesto cafe has Lovely ambience , amazing coffee & food , friendly service with a smile every time! Yoga studio is amazing with beautiful teachers & always offering interesting workshops sound healings love
