I have been seeing Thea for maybe about 2 years now, and initially saw her because of a calf injury from working out. She fit me in last minute the day I called, and at the time I could barely walk my calf was so bad. The following day after her acupuncture I was mobile again. She has saved me multiple times over the last two years, has help my body recover and heal. Thea was very kind and amazing. She was very thorough during the initial consultation and came up with a plan that was catered to me. She made the whole experience pleasant.
Was scheduled for an appt at 12 pm last Wednesday… booked three appointments in advance at the same time… they made a mistake in booking at 11 am for the last one … I was charged for the incorrect booking time before the appointment was even supposed to be finished , I contacted yinova and they refused to reverse the charge , contacted Jessa who never responded, then contacted another location who said they would handle and get back to me but never did …. I’ll never go back and I now have to dispute this charge …
