My breathwork session at Yin Breath was mind blowing...but also incredibly relaxing, restorative and invigorating. Jo McEniery is an awesome breathwork facilitator - warm, supportive and experienced. I had been feeling really stuck with a challenge I was having but after the session I sorted out the problem and am back on track! Highly recommend everyone gets into breathwork!
