Called for a ride used them before, got medical degree tell them I have bronchitis they hang up, call back they tell me they can’t because it’s contagious but it’s not, there is no virus or bacteria just a cough from irritation and that isn’t contagious, but they’re the experts!
I called because I knew to the area just to Simply ask for pricing. The man you answer the phone who was obviously very incompetent at his job didn't correctly hear me when I said Northwest and tries to argue with me that where I was trying to go they don't have one in the north and I told him I said Northwest he continues to say he didn't want to argue I laughed it off got the price I needed and hung up.
